Lesson Plans

I developed six lesson plans (that are currently under evaluation and an example has been attached below) for each roundtable at National 4-H Conference. I have broken the time given to the delegates and I down to the minute with tasks and goals. Unfortunately, I am unable to be more specific with my plans due to this roundtable being delegate driven. I will most likely have to adjust my plans throughout the conference, to best fit their needs.
I have also been assigned a National 4-H Youth Leadership Team (YLT) member, Patrick Cormier, of the National 4-H Conference. He is currently a senior in high school. He will be shadowing me throughout this process. I have allocated him the task of planning and/or leading all of the icebreakers during our sessions. He and I will also be discussing the lesson plans that I have developed, and will be using his talents accordingly. We have a conference call scheduled in the coming weeks to discuss his role on the roundtable.
I am currently awaiting to hear back from my liaison to set up a conference call between him, myself, and the agency to ask them following question...
Are you familiar with National 4-H Conference?
Do you have any materials that the delegates can use to learn more?
What is the room like where we will be presenting?
We will be bringing approximately 20 4-H professionals/delegates
Is there anything that you would like me to inform the delegates about?
