Personal Development 

I understand the importance of continuous betterment through personal and professional development. I am a lifelong learner. I have participated in countless workshops, sessions, and coaching opportunities. Below, you will find three personality assessments that I have taken in order to increase my self awareness. I focus on my strengths as a leader and look to others who have knowledge and power of my weaknesses in order to create a balanced and efficient working environment. 

CliftonStrengths

Myers-Briggs Type Instrument (MTBI)

Take care of routine details. Have a clear set of logical standards, systematically follow them, and want others to also. Forceful in implementing their plans."

  • S - Sensing: Taking in information through the five senses, with a focus on the here and now 

  • T - Thinking: Making decisions mostly on the basis of logic and objective analysis

  • J - Judging: Taking a planned and organized approach to life 

Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI)

"KAI results indicate how you prefer to solve problems and manage change, either more adaptively or more innovatively. On a scale between 32 points and 160 points, one may find themselves to be more adaptive or more innovative to the general population (mean = 95 points); but more importantly one may determine if one is more adaptive or more innovative than other members on the team." My overall score is 93. Below, you will find my three sub-scores.
